Our commitment to fostering a collaborative environment extends beyond the classroom. Together, we plan events, brainstorm innovative ideas, and continuously seek ways to enhance the music education experience for our students. Through teamwork and daily learning, we not only elevate our own skills but also strive to create well-rounded musicians in each of our students.
One of the highlights of our community is the joy we share while performing together at student concerts. These moments not only showcase our students’ talents but also reinforce the bond we’ve cultivated as a team. Our students are truly fortunate to have such incredible mentors guiding them on their path to realizing their musical dreams.

I began my drumming journey at the age of 17 in church, where I was first introduced to rhythm and percussion. With the support of my father, I received my first drum kit and started taking lessons to deepen my skills. Early influences like Metallica and Dream Theater inspired my musical direction, while studying Trinity Grades expanded my technical vocabulary. In 2005, I joined my first band, Do Not Conform, which gave me valuable insight into the South African music scene. I further honed my craft by enrolling in the Groove Regulators' two-year full-time drum course in Jeffreys Bay in 2010. This allowed me to refine my tone and technique, while continuing to perform in churches throughout Pretoria.
In 2016, I started offering drum lessons and teaching Trinity Drum Grades, helping others develop their skills and fostering a love for music. Over the years, I have gained experience in various musical genres, with a particular passion for jazz, metal, and fusion music. My diverse background and dedication to the craft allow me to approach drumming from both a technical and artistic perspective, constantly striving to improve and inspire others through my playing and teaching.
